Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at gspk1920@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different variant (e.g., colour or size) subject to availability. Please contact us at gspk1920@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gspk1920@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
