Return and Refund Policy

At Verdict (verdict-10.myshopify.com), we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Contact us first at support@verdict-store.com to initiate a return
• Ship the item back to our warehouse (address provided upon request)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Opened or used skincare devices (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
